Who processes the data

What data

Only if you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, the language of the page you subscribed from, and the date and time of subscription, confirmation and (if it happens) unsubscription. The site uses no cookies and no analytics tools.

Why, and on what legal basis

To send you updates about the Helix Tone Matcher project (new features, examples, availability). The basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box and confirming with the link you receive by email (double opt-in). Without confirmation, the address is not used for any mailing.

For how long

Until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only the address and the unsubscription date, so we do not write to you again by mistake, until you ask us to delete it completely.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass on the data. It is stored on the server of the site's hosting provider, acting as our data processor. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the service.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time (every message will include an unsubscribe link). Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante: garanteprivacy.it).
